Through his photographs, Daikichi Amano, Hokusai's enfant terrible, does not flee even from the most impossible embraces. Amano continues his photographic epic through the strange realms of the erotic imagination with a perfectionist and obsessive sense of detail, inspired as much by Dutch still lifes as by Japanese mythology, including erotic ukiyo-e prints.
