
Jobe R. Rippey
Jobe Rippey is an aspiring American filmmaker living in Reno, Nevada. Born on March 4th, 2008; Jobe started off editing videos for himself and for friends around the age of 11. His interest in video creation would lead to him joining "The Red House Project", a multimedia class at his high school: Reno High School. Through attending this class, he developed an interest in filmmaking, that was only catalyzed when he won the Gold Key award for his r...egion in the Scholastic Art and Writing Awards. He is now known for directing short films such as "Automobile", "Strandead" and "How to Talk to Aliens", all of which have received local recognition and awards, including Best Experimental Short Film at Reno Film Festival X for his dystopian silent short film: "They Don't Speak".
