Saurav Vyas
Saurav Vyas is an Indian Filmmaker, Actor and Writer who grew up in 'Palampur, Himachal Pradesh' where his father is a businessman and his mother is a housewife. He graduated from govt. college 'Palampur' and then he went to Chandigarh for his post graduation, where he studied MBA. Along with post-graduation he worked with Ceva Drama Repertory (theater) for 4 years where he acted in two big plays named '1857 ki kahani' and 'Mirza Saheba '. He wor...ked in many big plays in the states of Haryana, Rajasthan, Punjab etc. Later on he moved to Mumbai in 2014. He made his first independent documentary name 'Veeru' in 2018 under Belle Soul Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. for which he got best director award in January 2019. In 2019, he directed a film name 'Wajood', and '2020 a positive year' in 2020. He is writing a story which includes a family drama and love between two nations. Vyas is known for his stylized, often experimental use of images and first person narratives told from the perspective of the estranged individual. He frequently uses allegory and black humor to depict the human experience, exploring topics of love, obsession, alienation and dreams. He describes his own work as images that reside on the brink of dreams or linger on the periphery of distorted memories.
