Héctor Calvillo Hernández

After a year studying Latin American Studies at UNAM, he entered CUEC in 2014, today the National School of Cinematographic Arts, where he has worked in cinematography, direction, production and post-production. He has currently worked as a Script Supervisor or continuity assistant in films and series released on platforms such as Netflix and Amazon Prime Video. In the process of obtaining his degree at ENAC, he premiered his thesis short film, w...hich won the award for best student short film at the Tokyo International Short Film Festival and has been an official selection at festivals such as Shorts México and Chania Film Festival. It is also worth noting that he was part of the Young Canvas Jury at the 4th edition of the Black Canvas Contemporary Film Festival.
