Syl, a young news video editor, copes with severe anxiety and depression, which causes her to struggle with ending her own life. She befriends an odd loner, Jeff, who introduces himself as a cannibal. The two make a pact where Jeff will kill and consume Syl, but they have to spend time together in order to be aqcuainted. Originally a parody of When Harry Met Sally, AN UNLIKELY STORY is a dark comedy, which explores the trials and tribulatons of lonliness and depression.
