Daijoji is an ordinary office worker. One day, when he returns home from a business trip, he witnesses his wife Miki having an affair with a stranger. The next morning, he finds divorce papers on the table and his wife has left home. Meanwhile, at work, he is in charge of restructuring in the HR department, and today he is once again feeling embarrassed as he announces the dismissal of his fellow employees.
