Sometimes the law needs someone who knows how to break the rules.
Daniel Cruz, a criminal who's been on the run from the law after robbing a bank, is finally caught by the police. In exchange for all his charges being dropped, the police ask him to help them take down and find the identity of a criminal known as the “Green Man”, who is running a counterfeit money operation. However, Daniel is forced to work with Officer Micheal Hudson, a novice cop. Daniel wants to use his own criminal connections to take down the “Green Man”, while Micheal wants to use the law to take him down, causing the two to conflict. However, the investigation soon becomes obvious that it is much deeper than it seems.
