Borscht (Soup) is a retired fisherman who lives with his fish wife, Hlib (Bread), on his on island. When the government realise Borscht and his wife are not doing anything to contribute to society, they first try to convince him to relocate to an urban location, however this fails, and after long consideration by the EU, they send an army to kill Borscht and his wife, however, Iceland declines fighting them, and decides to side with Borscht, and with the help of Iceland, Borscht must use his leadership of his fish army to defend his island.
