Follow Dre, a young woman hired to be a governess, and Albie, the strange boy she is entrusted to raise in an isolated, gothic mansion where all are forced to maintain the illusion that the year is 1884. At first, Dre works hard to embody the role of 'Miss Archer,' with comportment lessons and period-appropriate dresses.
