Only two of the nine Parra Sandoval brothers are still alive: the eldest and the youngest. Óscar Parra was born in 1930 in Chillán, and developed his artistic life far from the academic classrooms of Nicanor, the European stages of Violeta or the bohemian stages of Roberto. His thing was the circus, where he gained his prestige under the nicknames Tony Canarito and Tata Picarón.
