From my work window I watch the days go by in downtown Buenos Aires. Someone brings a can of 16mm film material with a newsreel from the North American Intelligence Service from the 60s, I see it on a monitor. A neutral voice orders the world. A Rolling Stones song is heard. Another neutral voice amplified by a megaphone offers on the streets to buy the waste hidden in the houses.
