In Cork there's a killer with a mask who's killing people which leads the headline on the news "Bloody Cork" We meet three charecters who encounter him later in the film. Jeff has a sister who gets murdered by the masked killer he is going down a very angry path and is gettung ready for revenge Nancy a girl who's dealing with trauma in her own personal life gets attacked by the masked killer but escapes. A detective gets three criminals to help aid him to hunt down the masked killer. Will they be able to save cork by capturing the killer before it's too late
