The film tells the story of a woman who is forced to leave her daughter due to a false accusation. Leyla is betrayed by the man she loves on the eve of their wedding. Kemal hid his true identity from the young woman and used her for his smuggling operations. On the day they were arrested, everything came to light. Kemal accused Leyla. The life of the orphaned girl, who was about to graduate from medical school, was turned upside down. She is sentenced to prison. While in prison, she begins to assist the doctor. Upon her release, she has earned the right to obtain her nursing license. Thanks to this license, she finds her first job. Murat is a paralyzed man. They begin to heal each other's wounds. However, as the patient recovers, the time for their separation draws near.
