سفـاح النسـاء Mohsen is a journalist for the Crime and Punishment magazine. The editor-in-chief assigns him to do a journalistic investigation that raises the magazine's circulation. His fiancée suggests that he impersonate a thug who kills women because of a psychological complex from his childhood days. The charges against Mohsen are confirmed and the police arrest him.
